I've played hundreds of games online, and I have never, NEVER seen a game where other players or not synced and seeing the same thing I am seeing.
I'm about to just stop and go play something else.

Maybe clear the whole damn map. So there is nothing but ground and people.
When you can figure out how to get people synced up properly, then maybe add a tree, then a house.
Stop feeding us items and landscape, and give us a REAL properly running game.
