When i have an item, for example a mosin in my hotbar as shortcut and i log out with the mosin in my hands the item shortcut dissapears from the hotbar at the next login.

Steps To Reproduce
1.Put item in hotbar slot
2.Put weapon/item in hands
3.Log out from server
4.Log in onto server
5.Item/Weapon shortcut in hotbar dissapears

Perhaps this is due to the fact that a virtual slot is in the hands can be removed from the game and when moving from server to server what was in the hands thrown out, then it will not appear in your hotbar
