Sometimes character stats (bleeding, hydrated, hungry, energized, ...) are freezing and after you relog or after server restart, you are going to vomit.
Character stats are somehow not changing at all and even if you bandage if you obviously can see blood dropping, no message appears saying "You are no longer bleeding".
Like I said already, absolutely no stats like bleeding, hydrated, hungry, ... are changing, at least not visible for the player.
