Spamming 'F' over a water well allows rapid hydration due to the effect occurring at the beginning of the animation.
Acknowledged, WishlistPublic

Description

Because there is now a 'Cancel Action' option while drinking from the well, you are able to spam 'F' continuously in order to hydrate quickly. The reasoning for this is the placement of the 'hydrating' effect in the relation to the animation; it is placed at the beginning, instead of the end, of the animation.

Therefore, you can press 'F,' achieve the required effect, the quickly press 'F' again to cancel the animation. {F31963}
