I was holding a torch when I was about to climb a ladder. Upon taking the action the torch was wiped from existence (as it happens to many items in different situations). However, the light was still there coming from the place where my torch was last seen. {F31916} {F31917} {F31918} {F31919}

Steps To Reproduce
(1) Make torch.
(2) Light torch.
(3) Try to climb up a ladder.
(4) Enjoy light without being able to find/pick up the torch again.
