A) We are not privy to the server restart schedule. A re-start countdown message would be one of the few (very few) useful messages that we could receive, that would actually be helpful. Instead, we are constantly spammed with messages that are of questionable, or little use.

B) Garden plots need to be re-set periodically, otherwise it will look like gophers have invaded Chernarus, rather than the infected.

C) A server re-start wipes a garden plot, whether vegetables are actively growing, or not. If plants are actively growing, they should be persistent through server re-starts. Please add a "IF - THEN - ELSE" statement to the code in the appropriate location.
