Players can move stealthily in a way that silences their footsteps on any/all surfaces. (OP in apts or multi floor buildings)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. A one handed item must be in the player's hands like a syringe, can opener, knife ect. (much cooler w/combat knife)
  1. Fists up (space bar)
  1. Slow walk (2x Ctrl)
  1. Only move to the right (use the D key) and steer with alt + mouse
  1. Enjoy life as a Ninja
Additional Information

This has been possible for sometime and I hope a more solid stealth mechanic is introduced at some point, but I wager this isn't intended. More Bug than feature, but I hope it could be a bug turned into a polished feature.
