Kashtan scope on AK74 can only be zeroed to 400m

Description

After searching for a while i finally found a Kashtan scope for my AK74 but unfortunately i can't seem to zero it. It's stuck 400m. Tried to rebind my zeroing keys but that did not work either.

I thought this was a feature as you are supposed to use the reticle for other distances.
