This might be because .45 rounds/boxes are classified as western military loot only (~M4 spawns) while the magazines for FNX45 and UMP are classified as eastern (= normal) military loot.
Did you find any 5.56x45mm rounds/boxes? They should spawn in the same places.

I've not found 5.56x45mm boxes either, actually come to think of it, I've also not found an AK101 or the magazine.

If the gun spawns which takes .45 ACP (not at dynamic events, such as the 1911 or Derringer), then the ammo should spawn for it as well, not at dynamic events.

We have checked the server logs thoroughly and we are certain that the ammo does spawn as desired. Please bear in mind that .45 ACP ammo is part of rare military loot and is hard to come by.
