I was on starving hunger, I ate 4 cooked chicken breasts and it only put me down to orange hunger, the values need tweaking, I should be atleast in the green energized area.

You're right. maybe the many loot complaints lately isn't a problem with the food loot economy, but maybe it shouldn't take 10 cow steaks, or 10 cans of beans, or 10 chicken breasts to fill one person's stomach.

UPDATE: 2 cooked Chicken Breasts did not get me away from the starving icon, very very low values on chicken breasts.

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we could not reproduce the issue you have described. However, this has been reported several patches ago, and most likely was already fixed. Please retest this on current patch and report back to us in case the issue has re-appeared.
