Whenever I try to use the binoculars, I find myself stuck raising and lowering the binoculars at least a half-dozen times before I may finally look through them. This happens regardless of standing or crouching positions, and seems to occur around 80 to 90 percent of the time. Sometimes it is as little as three stutters before the binoculars are usable, but I have also been stuck in the animation for as long as ten seconds before attempting another action to stop the string of incomplete attempts.
