Suggestion that tools do not RUIN from normal use

Description

I would like that my tools continue to be usable even after years of use. They may be considered "badly damaged" at some point and not as "effective" as they once were, but not considered ruined, and still USABLE nonetheless.

Applies to: Shovels, Axes, Knives...etc.

At least slow down the deterioration process.

I agree - axes, in particular deteriorate too quickly. Their purpose it to cut down trees, but are ruined after a short while.
