0.55.127.157 Experimental - Apples from Orchards don't show in inventory until you move a different inventory item to a different slot, then the apple will show up.

Steps To Reproduce

find an orchard.
search the tree.
Upon successfully finding something, open inventory, the apple will not show up.
Move any if your other inventory items to another slot.
The apple will now appear
