Many times while riding in a V3S or running long distances, my game crashes. These crashes seem to be random and not reproducible. {F31238}

Play for 30 to 60 minutes, less time if in a V3S. Here is the crash logs. http://www.mediafire.com/download/5dx6iz8ahcn3cvv/DayZ.rar
No error messages occur after the crash, and these crashes happen faster if I'm in a V3S.
Event Timeline
My game also crashed every 20-30 mins untill I changed the following.
- Set video memory ingame to 2048 mb
- Remove launch parameter -maxmem=16384
This stopped the crashing for me.
I still use these parameters without issues:
-nosplash -noPauze -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7 -maxvram=3072 -malloc=system
These crashes occur often, but the most annoying form is crashing while in a V3S. As matter of fact, me and a friend were driving to a crash site on the NW airfield and I crashed while in it, dieing and losing all of my gear without a chance of recovery. And I tried the limiting of memory ingame to 2048 Mb. It didn't help.
Hello AlphaPlus.
By any chance, do you have -dologs parameter or any other parameter in launch options? If so, please remove them and test it without. Report back whether that helped or not.

geez, may i ask whats bad about the -dologs parameter?
2 weeks ago, biran hicks told us to turn it on (when playing exp to find the memory crashes) https://twitter.com/Hicks_206/status/571324106479693824
Hello HaseDesTodes.
Later on Eugen Harton has publicly announced to the people that they should also remove -dologs, as it seems that this parameter also causes issues with the game and it is advised to use it only when crashlogs from recurring crashes are required.
