After experiencing issues that have been reported here, I did it yesterday and I contacted Geez. I found a solution that worked with me. I found it in the steam forums form a guys called Vikingchief someting. He suggested to put following command in the launching options -maxMem=2047
I did that and system has worked correctly and smooth , so smooth that I even died in game and I am starting a new survivor experience. I mention this in the Facebook page and hope that it helps to everyone. This guy mention other commands that have worked but I do not find the link. I place the link of the comments from VIKINGCHIEF AND I PASTE IN CASE CANNOT OPEN.

Possible Fix] FPS Drop / Ugly Textures / CTD & Memory Issues
Hello everyone,
So after the new update (0.54) was rolled out, then the majority been having some serious issues with the game making it unplayable almost.
The following issues is what I heard about and experienced myself;
- Sudden insane FPS drop making the game choppy, then followed up by rendering blurred ugly textures.
- Frequent automated memory flushes in the game. (Loading screen interrupting while playing)
- Windows sending warnings about the memory being used up and advising to close running applications to free up memory.
- Game crashing to desktop with various error reasons, one particularly about the game not being able to access the memory or something like that.
Then I read about the launch parameters being deprecated and that they should be removed, so I did that and tested the game again. This time I could run the game a bit longer, the FPS drop didn't happen but I still recieved the warnings with low memory, then my game crashed again.
After digging through the Bug Tracker and reading comments, then I saw a post from "f3cuk" saying his game had no issues after setting the launch parameters to "-malloc=system -maxMem=2047". So give him the thumbs up if that works for you.
It might work with a different memory allocator and the fix is setting the maximum memory to 2047 MB. But for now this seems to be the solution, atleast for me as I been running the game almost 4 hours without any issues at all, even better than before the update.
So to sum it all up;
- Remove your current launch parameters for the game.
- Insert the following parameters instead: -maxMem=2047
- Play the game and be happy again!
UPDATE:
I tested out the parameter -malloc=tbb4malloc_bi_x64 and had no problems with it, -malloc=system works fine aswell. Setting the video memory in-game manually worked fine too. -maxMem=2047 seems to be parameter that stabilizes the game, haven't had a single crash or fps drop after adding that in the first place.
