- Press button "Change server".
- Choose "Favorite" tab.
- Click on one of these experimental servers.
- Press button "Connect".

- Stuck.

did you already get that new battleye version (game will close and it will install)
if not, set "-connect=IP:PORT" as launch parameter, and you should be able to join a server. this should issue the battleye update and is a workaround, until it'S fixed
*edit* i thought battleye caused the problem, but it seems like it does not, so -connect:... seems to be the only option for me atm

Same as for me. But I am use Win 8. and DAYZ is not respond need restart from Task Manager
