It's most likely the same problem as in Report 0015540 which is set as resolved since 2015-01-05

A postbox is floating in the doorway of a cabin in Gorka (again). (coordinates 096/065 on izurvive.com)

Yup, it indeed seems to be back. What an annoying mailbox.
It has been scheduled for a fix again.
