according to this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/2uuw8c/bugarmbands_only_show_for_10_meters_then_disapear/), armbands disappear after some minor distance from player's arms

That's right, have same trouble with armbands.

Still present? Problem here is most likely object != player draw distance

Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce the issue you have described. Please retest once new Steam patch comes out and report back to us in case the issue re-appears.
