I have a fire set on one side of the building, but the light in 3PP shines on my character as if the building isn't even there.

Steps To Reproduce

Light a fire on one side of a building. Stand on the other. The light will shine on that character with the red / orange / yellow glow as if the building is not there.

Hi eno75 and thank you for your report.
This has been reported a couple times before and we are aware of the problem, as it is engine-related and a global issue of sorts. It will be taken care of, please be patient however as this might not be happening very soon.
