A whet stone used to repair/sharpen bladed melee weapons up to the "Worn" condition. Just like the Gun cleaning kit, but for axes, knives, bayonets, etc. Using a rock to repair a badly damaged axes up to damaged is still fine since finding a rock isn't too difficult, but for long term quality maintenance, a whet stone would be better.
