I'm now getting that memory error every time I try to join an experimental server. But from what I understand, there is an issue with this already.

I discovered that the alt+tab crashing seems to be related to teamspeak 3 overlay trying to come back after having left the game. The only reason I can figure this is related is because I have alt+tabbed several times just a few minutes ago without being connected to teamspeak and not using the overlay program. I'd still like to know if there's a fix for this because DayZ is the only game I have this issue with that I have found.

I changed my setting for video memory allocation down from 2048 to 1024. That allowed me to connect to the experimental server without crashing with the same error. I still however get the memory reference error when I alt+tab or even when I close the game and exit.

No, I have no additional launch parameters at the moment. I will double check when I'm home from work, but I did have some at one time and removed them with no change. I also have tried -winxp before, and that messed up a lot of my settings, but did not seem to fix the issue. Sorry about the duplicate, must have done that when I added tags.
