Dayz Standalone - Characters wiped after 0.52 patch installed with no prior warning + server lagging

Description

In the past few patches theres been no resets of characters however this quite sudden installation of 0.52 gave us no warning about resetting our characters in which a group of my friends had a military tent with a heck alot of good gear that took time to get all ... wiped!

please make sure that future updates dont wipe and if they do, atleast have the decency to inform us before...

also servers seem to be lagging in the sense that interactions with objects are very delayed and this occurs every minute or two making it incredibly annoying to play.

Steps To Reproduce

just simply log on to your favourite server and find that your extremely geared character has gone and you've spawned in the middle of knowhere with a battery and torch :)

and for the server issue just simply join a server and see for urself

Yeah, I don't care about the wipe given all the duping that's been going on, but a little warning ahead of time would have been swell. I hate how you guys can't give us an exact time and date for this kind of thing.. we do like testing but when you're this geared, you do like to go out in a firefight not just wiped like this.

As for the other issue, yes, no servers are working at all. Lag and desync. No loot. Can only join one in twenty servers in the first place. No message received after 5 minutes max.

Hi,
sorry about the wipe, however we do not guarantee persistence of characters or their gear in any way.
The server lag should be fine now, please submit a new ticket if it persists.
