I was looting buildings in the North West Airfield, I had a Mosin on my back and an M4 in hands, I tried to reload my M4 shortly after shooting a zombie and it did nothing, i went into the inventory screen and noticed the M4 wasn't in my hands anymore, however my hands were still acting as though i was holding it. I went and retraced my steps and did not find it laying on the ground. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or a hacker took the M4 from my inventory

Had the same on experimental before. There was a shotgun in my hand and an Ak on my back. I drank something from by canteen - dropping and picking up my shotgun in the process. But then it seemed like I was unable to kove far away.
There was some "border" that made my shotgun disappear - moving back resulted in it reappearing in my hands but as soon as I crosses "the line" it was gone.

I had a mosin on my back and an AKM in my hands I was shooting at a zombie and my AKM disappeared. I retraced my steps and I found it next to a glowstick I had previously cracked. The rounds I fired were missing from the magazine.
I had used the context menu to crack the glowstick on the ground and it played the cracking animation without holstering my rifle. I guess this drops the weapon without informing the client (or server).

this seems to be caused by the character carrying a primary weapon both on back and in hands and we are currently looking into a possible cause
