Crafting process ignores state of the materials

Description

For example, I have a ruined burlap sack and pristine rope, the burlap backpack that has been crafted is pristine.
Another example is badly damaged sticks with damaged rags that makes a pristine splint.
In this case we could put the crafted to damaged status due to the previous parts being damaged before crafting.
