yesterday I was playing fine, today I log on to steam to play Dayz and then i wait a few seconds then the game said APPCRASH. so i tried to numerous fixes my self such re-install etc.

Hello watkinsc86.
We have done some tweaks in the past and would like to know whether the issue still persists or not. Please report back whether the issue still persists or not and if it still does, attach new crashdumps to the ticket.
