Invisible contents of med packs

Description

Sometimes you cant see the contents inside med packs on the floor, they apear empty but when moved to the inventory the items show up. Never found a clue of something that might trigger this situation so i find it to be random. This is a problem that comes from previous versions.

And a lot of the time, the entire inventory of a player that has been killed doesn't show any items either.

This happens but it's another minor bug. People don't really take it seriously since they can just take it from the ground and see what's inside. Should get fixed tho.
