I have had the issue a couple times now when standing within the branches of a pine tree and dropping items from my inventory, instead of them falling to the ground and being interactable, they seem to get stuck on the branches of the tree and are unclickable, non-interactive.

The only way to make them interactive again I have found is to cut down the pine tree, this leaves them floating in mid-air but they are able to be targeted again.
