Steps To Reproduce
It can be easily reproduced by combining/splitting rags while holding down or talking over direct chat. It can then be heard by everyone on the server.
Additional Information
I tried this with my friends and they were always able to hear the ammo splitting sound when I held down direct chat. I was in Berezino while they were on Green Mountain.

i was thinking about the Missing sounds, that the character does and make any sound, but txt chat and audio communication maybe the key to this issue.
