Apparently there's unlimited loot spawning by abusing a glitch in the loot respawn system. This had only been confirmed at the jail building of green mountain. See video link for more information.

this is due to the current state of the respawn system. works on every spot that has reasonably few places to spawn loot in as an items is picked up. feedshacks on the borders of the map work as well, and I have seen the veresnik compound being exploited as well.
tldr: if there are a manageable number of spawn points in the active grid, one can loot cycle like there is no tomorrow
