Since 0.47, on exp and stable servers, I can't "drink all" my canteen, the animation is showing, but after, canteen stay filled at 100% and have to "cancel action" to be able to do something else. If I want to drink in my canteen have to drink a little by little.

I was also experiencing this issue on Experimental 0.47. Have yet to test on stable 0.47. It was like as if drink all from a canteen made the server die. EDIT: But just drinking 20% at a time worked perfectly fine.

I can confirm this.
Drink All: animation / sound plays, then you get stuck with "Cancel current action" for eternity.
