When spawned by the server, it is not able to be picked up by the player vicinity inventory pickup. You have to manually scroll on it to pick it up. when dropped after picked up by the player, it is able to be picked up by vicinity pickup.

Steps To Reproduce
Find a server spawned Portable Gaslamp and try to pick it up with vicinty, I have not been able to pick it up.
