Got the same 'bug', it's all related to AA...disable AA, no more fuzzy blue stuff around grass and trees...
My GTX570s drivers are up-to-date, seems as if not many, but some, alpha-testers got this problem, any lead on what's causing the problem for this minority will be appreciated... :)

ATOC enabled - blue stuff...
GTX 570 here...funny to see we seem to have our cards in the '560-570' range.. :)
