mines even worse. It's also intermitten. Somtimes that small vicinity bar will accept my inventory items. BUT sometimes I haven't found ANY spot to drag items into (when they decide they don't want to go to the vicinity) so I have to resort to drag into hands and throw, or drag into container that's in vicinity (and leave it there). Not great for combat or QOL
