Still no fix for this? We are coming up on 1 year and the new DLC is nice and all but useless if we can't use it.

Think it could be an issue with Logitech Gaming Software and Arma 64 bit? I tried with my older areana headset, monitor speakers, and 3.5mm 2.1 speakers, all using windows to contigure the sound and could noy replicate the problem

Update. I disconnected my Logitech G930 and plugged in my older Area Surround Sound blaster USB headset and I could not replicate the problem of using vehicles and helicopters in 1st Person. 7.1 was enabled with "Windows Sonic for Headphones." Hopes this helps, I would much rather be using my $90 wireless headset rather than my 7 years old wired one.

I have tried fresh reinstall of Steam and Arma, as well as verifying the game cache, the problem still persists. I will send an error report on the next crash. Based on other comments I believe the problem is connected to my USB sound drivers, but I am not sure.
