Game verifies successfully, and running as admin doesn't make a difference.

I joined through steam to a server my friend was playing in, and if I hit disconnect to go back to lobby my game didn't lock up.

So apparently joining a game through your friends list doesn't cause this issue, it's cause by using the launcher?

@razazel Yes I guess no dump file gets created. The game simply freezes, and even after 5 minutes I have to control alt delete and notice no new dump file.
