Having read the attached article I understand why it is better to not have female soldiers in real life.
That being said. None of the mentioned arguments apply to what is possible in the game. This might be a simulation, but if female soldiers are implemented, jumping, punching, carrying, urinating and other aspects aren't going to be simulated or adjusted to the female stats to make them more realistic.
So just saying what it is, would it make this game more complete by having female models in here too. I believe it does. Would it make a difference for male & female gamers equality, I don't think so.
