I am having a similar "crawling" experience when crawling DOWN stairs, the character will not reach the next flat landing unless crawling sideways.
LOCATION: hospital in Elektro
EXPECTED: should be able to crawl straight up or down stairs without turning sideways.
ACTUAL: cannot proceed straight up or down stairs when in a crawling position.

I have the same problem: door open/close icon does not modify the door object to open or close.
