you are right. There was a problem with my sound card. Producer of my mainboard published new BIOS and sound drivers. BUT... after upgrade there is still the same problem... I tried disable default mainboard sound card and plug external one (usb sound card), but game still crashes on start.

Can you check if (BIOS and sound drivers) upgrade changed anything ?
Can you ask "programming department" for more debug information about this "bug" that I could forward it to my mainboard producer?

Q: Do you have hw overclock?
A: No, I've stock card, didn't change anything in it.

Q: Do you have actual drivers for your system?
A: Yes, I've got 335.23 (tried previous version). Also tired "clean install" of drivers (more info is included in DxDiag.txt file)

Q: Did you try other DX11 games?
A: Yes, Battlefield 3 and 4 works without any problems.

I've also have all available updates for my windows 7.
