Same situation on DE 5029 31.214.224.250 on 2023/09/20T15:45 instantly killed in a room without windows. Healthy character well equipped.

Hello there,
I‘ve witnessed the same bug with a friend. It occures every once in a while and gets you killed if you meet a hostile player. The indicator is a broken link/chain symbol.
