This is a game stopper, the multiplayer is unplayable so long as this is exploitable. Anybody can do it and every server is vulnerable. This should be the absolute highest priority right now.

While I wouldn't care either way whether or not there are female soldiers in the final game, right now they're not important. That's an entirely cosmetic thing, the dev team needs to focus their attention on actual gameplay-affecting additions: jets, tanks, guns. Having them model and texture and motion capture and voice female fighters right now would be a massive waste of assets. They need to finish the core game before they embellish it with inconsequential bells and whistles.
