Many items have $unt$ in their description or on the items label. I've found this happens with, Sharpened stick, Various sizes of Guts, Bone fishing hook.

It"s only the inventory/micromanagement that's getting on my nerves. I have to get used to a completely different inventory system. I'm not really sure what caused it but i'm hoping it will be fixed soon. other than that the game is starting to shape up good.
