The Combat Sights attachment for the sub machine gun USG-45 does not show the center red dot.
It has the 9v battery attached and only works when held in hand and looked through.

I have tried many different batteries and 2 other combat sights (all pristine and non wet) but the sights only work when held up in hand, no red dot shows when attached to weapon.
