I have everything necessary to build it. When i try to place logs in any other slot but the 1st floor base the logs teleport to the 3rd floor base. the floor cannot be crafted with a shovel or hammer and nothing comes up prompting me to build it.

Try to build a watchtower, you cant.

Most major components to this update are either missing or non functional. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
