Same thing here.

-Logged on to regular server.
-Went unconscious from zombie attacks
-Clicked respawn
-didn't respawn
-exited and connected to a random server
-you are dead on screen
-waited 10 minutes and logged into random server
-you are dead and respawn button is greyed out

There seems to be some servers that still have experimental up. I'm able to connect to those. Obviously different hive. Trying to reproduce it on experimental without success.

I have the exact same issue as Reverendjs.

Still can't play on Regular.

Hardcore no issues.

Alright, got mine going. I was getting the please wait issue. Then back to you are dead.

I added the word "delete" to my filters and increased max ping to 1000.

I logged into a server that deletes your character. First one didn't work.

I tried a second server that deletes your character and presto. Worked.

Went back to my old Regular servers and no problems to report.
