Emphatically confirmed. We just tried to get from Elektro to Pogorevka with two sedans and we've had everything from loss of control through getting stuck and/or teleporting to not being able to turn the engine off or get out of the car.
The problem got even worse when we passed another car on the way.
Cars control fine when they're far enough away from each other, but as soon as they get in vicinity of another (driveable) vehicle, they start behaving very, very erratically.
I'm running a private shard on Vilayer. Since the patch and DDOS (impossible to know which from this end) zombies spawn but no loot. I've tried turning off persistence, as well as having it on and reset the persistence instance... and pretty much anything I can think of, but to no avail. Loot just will not spawn.
EDIT: I just had an exchange with Vilayer support, who told me that Bohemia have had some problems in getting the 0.52 update out, so some servers have been given the wrong files.
Moffat30: Well, once I got in touch with Vilayer support and told them about the problem, they had it fixed in twenty minutes. If the server you're on is having the exact same issue (which is, I suppose, likely) then I would assume the owner needs to get in touch with the provider's support so that they can fix it. That's what I did.

Fixed on my end -- somewhat embarrassingly. Found out it was my firewall (Outpost) that took issue with some cross-application (DayZ->Steam) communication. With "anti-leak" disabled, the server list works perfectly.
Apologies. :)
I am having the same issue since the update to .113772, although for me, the UI freezes when I first click "Change server". If I bring up the task manager and then go back into the game, I find myself at the server list, but it is empty. Clicking "Internet" or changing the ping filter does nothing.
Once I have gotten into the server list once, I can move back and forth from the main menu as intended. Hitting "Play" only brings me to the server list.
The DayZ executable doesn't seem to be communicating with the Internet at all. When I click "Refresh", I get a tiny spike of net activity from Steam and that's it. I don't know if the connection is supposed to run through Steam, but I'm pretty sure it didn't, yesterday.
