occurred to me three times on AU1-24 within the space of 15 minutes, the last time being less than 5 minutes ago, in Susnovka, Myshinko, and Green Mountain (in that order). Last time the player I was with was also effected (not the time before however, another player saw me disappear)

Also at the same location Zombies spawn on the slope (to the SW of the entrance) and fall to their deaths
