In my case this issue was fixed by an update long ago.
Also, for us the server browser itself wasn't loading for several minutes (no interface, nothing, just a blank loading screen). You seem to have the browser just fine but trouble showing up servers so I would say it's not the same issue. ;)
Well, I followed the same procedure as cancerouspete and sadly I still have the long wait on my end (stable branch).
As he said, it is like a loading screen when accessing multiplayer for the first time. So it happens before the server browser itself loads, hence before being able to choose between Steam and Gamespy.
I am having the same issue here. Checked integrity of cache (it was fine), tried with and without mods and/or launch options.
Not entirely sure it came with the latest patch for "Adapt", but it would make sense. The only other thing I did consisted of some shenanigans to access the hidden 3D editor but I don't think it messed with the game files.
Also, it seems to do that only on the first access to the server browser of a given session. If I go back to the main menu and hit multiplayer again it then loads quickly.

Experienced the same issue in multiplayer. (cf. uploaded file)
Because it was called NLAW during the alpha, as it was the NLAW in Arma 2 and it still is the NLAW in real life...
Seems to be fixed (as of 1.05.11471). :)
STILL PRESENT in build 0.61.106341 (just tested it right now).
Just in case it isn't clear yet : the problem is with the "Crouch (Toggle)" keybinding, not the "Crouch / Stand" keybinding.
edit : by the way this doesn't make any sense, "Crouch / Stand" is what works as a crouch toggle, "Crouch (Toggle)" should be renamed "Go crouch", or just "Crouch".
Noticed the same problem, although it actually works with the key you bind for "Up" (aka toggle crouch, edit: now "Crouch / Stand") but not the one for "Crouch" (edit: now "Crouch (Toggle)").
Tested today. It seems to be working well with any buildings or walls made of stone, bricks or concrete. :)
The only buildings where I experienced splash damage through the walls are the small metal and wooden sheds, but I reckon that's how it's supposed to be.
This issue happened to me too in those buildings (from inside and outside) where the windows are already just holes basically : Stone House (small inhabited) v1 ID:145450, Stone shed (inhabited) v1 ID:145392, Slum house 3 ID:145382, Slum house 1 ID:145383.
