Due to its being mid night, I've got to rest. Anyways, I did install the 64x intel utility upgrade or something.

When I install it, it says that I need to contact the company I got this laptop from for the driver.. I can use some assistance.

If you go into your device manager, can you check the date when your Intel was last updated? There is another thread on this that covers steps to resolve, but before we get to that, can you check and report back how up to date your Intel drivers are? (4000, 4500, 4600 etc).
