Nevermind this problem, my friend took all the tires off and fixed them with a repair kit and it worked fine.

Have you re-logged? My friend had that problem and he re-logged and the tires re-appeared.

Okay me and my friend are uncertain if this is a glitch or not, and i should add that the buses where in the shape of a T, right up against each other.

You have to take off all the tires and put them back on whenever this happens.
