Hey I think I'm having the same issue too. I got my friend to kill me and it solved the problem. Dont get any of your gear back tho, it starts the cycle again

I'm also having this issue. Seems to affect my gear that takes attachments, like belts and the tactical helmet. I think it doubles the base weight of the gear when something is attached
